We offer in house credit for returned items within 30 days of shipment,
There are no refunds, and an original invoice must be presented.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item ordered to its original condition. We will issue an in-house credit or exchange. Zk’s will also refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Claims for defects or missing parts
Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 60 days only. After 60 days there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.
